Noor Riyadh is a new citywide annual festival of light and art that nurtures creativity, promotes talent and delivers awe-inspiring experiences.

Launched on March 18 2021, Noor Riyadh is a project under Riyadh Art.

Riyadh shone like never before with the launch of Noor Riyadh, from the darkness of COVID-19 the festival brought light to the world, joy to people of Riyadh, and put a global spotlight on the city. With over 300K visitors we felt the cheerfulness that the festival brought to the city of Riyadh and it’s people.
